Pallmann acquires Slovakian Febe Sk

Pallmann Maschinenfabrik, part of the Zweibrücken-based Siempelkamp Group, has taken over the business activities of the Slovakian company Febs SK from Mytne Ludany. “Withthis acquisition, the Siempelkamp subsidiary increases its added value with important components in the complete timber sector, including transport technology.

Pallmann and Febs combine a long history of good cooperation that is now leading to a new strategic partnership.
