Biesse: Caterina De Rossi new chief human resources officer

Biesse announces the appointment of Caterina De Rossi as Chief Human Resources Officer, with executive status and strategic responsibilities, with the aim of leading the evolution of the human resources function in alignment with the group’s growth strategies.

Caterina De Rossi – the company explained in the statement released – has developed a well-structured professional career in complex multinational environments such as BMW, Tetra Pak and Champion, holding Human Resources leadership roles with increasing responsibilities and an international scope. Throughout her career, she has led major corporate transformation processes, contributing to change management and to building organisations capable of supporting long-term business development.”

At the same time, Enrico Tinti, with many years of experience leading Biesse’s HR function and managing training projects, takes on the role of Biesse Academy Director and will lead the group’s new global skills development hub.
