Siempelkamp: new strategies

News at the top for Siempelkamp, the German company specialized in wood-based panel production plants. In future there will be a seven-member board of directors to combine expertise and integrate “...a modern management concept“.

“Profitable growth in existing and new markets, agile and lean processes for the entire group, exploitation of more synergies: these are the goals from which the Siempelkamp board of directors starts“.

From October 2023, Martin Scherrer, ceo of the Siempelkamp Group, will work with Samiron Mondal, Stefan Wissing and Dirk Howe, who will each lead a newly established business unit in the future. The companies themselves will be grouped into Business Units so that they can work much more closely together and address their target markets together in an even more targeted manner.
Also part of the management team are Martin Sieringhaus as chief financial officer, Stefan Ziemes as chief people officer and Axel Baumeister as chief technical officer.
