Maco acquires 100 per cent of the shares in Hautau

05/10/2023

The Salzburg-based Maco Group and Helpsen-based Hautau (“SGP”) announce that SGP’s 25 per cent stake in Hautau, also based in Helpsen, has been sold and transferred to the Maco Group. As a result, the Maco Group now holds 100 per cent of the shares in Hautau; 75 per cent of the company’s shares had already been acquired in 2018 as part of a succession solution.

Together, the two companies now have the widest product range in the industry: Hautau specialises, among other things, in high-quality sliding elements and window automation, thus complementing the diverse range of products and services of the Salzburg-based Maco Group. “The best possible fulfilment of customer and market requirements is at the heart of everything we do,” emphasises Guido Felix, ceo of the group of companies. The credo is “everything from a single source”.
