Hettich and FGV merge

News in the semi-finished products and furniture components sector. Hettich and FGV, pending a positive antitrust opinion, have announced their future union. At the moment, the approval of the antitrust authorities is still awaited.

Hettich and FGV will remain independent as brands and companies within the group, thus maintaining continuity with ‘their own history’. Continuity that also concerns the ‘management’ teams.

“In the future, we will work together in a close network in the background. Our customers will continue to receive service from their established contacts”, emphasised Silvana Riboldi, Head of Sales at FGV, and Uwe Kreidel, Managing Director of Hettich.
