Sustainable building at Bau 2011

At Bau 2011 – International exhibition for achitecture, materials and systems – to be held from 17 to 22 January, about 1,900 exhibitors will attend coming from over 40 countries, for a total of 17 halls at their disposal and a total exhibiting area of 180 thousand square meters.
Wood building will be the protagonist in several halls: in hall B5 wood structures, interior furnishing and materials will be showcased. The whole range of wooden doors and windows will be exhibited in halls C4 and B4. Wood flooring will be present in hall B6, while the hall A3 will be devoted to materials and components for roofs manufacturing, including windows for roofs and skylights.
More than 210 thousand visitors are expected (the show record was scored on the most recent edition in 2009, with 212 thousand entrances). For more information: www.bau-muenchen.com.
