Scrigno, a well-known Italian company specialising in sliding door systems and interior design solutions, has announced the acquisition of Ecomet and FBP Porte, two leading Italian firms active respectively in the production of thermo-acoustic wall systems and high-end interior doors.

The two operations mark a strategic step in the Group’s ongoing growth and diversification process, expanding its product portfolio to cover the entire spectrum of architectural needs — from building envelopes to interior finishes.

Founded in 1982 and based in Marsciano (Perugia), Ecomet is a national benchmark in contemporary building systems. The company combines design expertise and Industry 4.0 technologies with a strong focus on sustainability, developing high-performance thermal and acoustic solutions through eco-compatible materials, advanced manufacturing processes and renewable energy use.

With the integration of FBP Porte, Scrigno strengthens its presence in the premium interior design segment. The company stands out for its made-to-measure doors, distinguished by refined aesthetics, meticulous craftsmanship and extensive customisation options — qualities that make it a trusted partner for architects and designers.

“These acquisitions represent a strategic opportunity for us,” said Fabrizio Campanella, CEO of the Scrigno Group. “With Ecomet we enter a complementary, high-potential sector such as thermo-acoustic wall systems, while FBP Porte enhances our portfolio with high-end products that reflect the excellence of Italian manufacturing. Both companies share our focus on product quality, innovation and long-term vision.”
