All set for Xylexpo 2026

05/05/2026

Final touches are being made to what will be the 2026 edition of Xylexpo, the international biennial exhibition of technologies for the wood and furniture industry, now in its 29th edition.

From June 9 to 12, 2026, the event will take place in halls 14 and 18 of FieraMilano-Rho: حوالي 150 exhibitors will occupy an exhibition area of 15,000 square meters, in a time slot – as we reiterate once again – determined by works on the exhibition district related to the Milan-Cortina Olympics.

An edition that highlights the major theme of multi-materiality: it is no coincidence that Xylexpo will host in Hall 18 the exhibition-conference Composites Future, an event dedicated to composite materials and their processing, involving Assocompositi, the national association of companies in the sector. An initiative organized together with Plast, the international biennial dedicated to plastics and rubber, which will be held concurrently with Xylexpo in nearby halls.
A “trio” of events that responds to the now widespread need for solutions capable of creating products that increasingly combine different materials.

“This year as well, Xylexpo will be a faithful, albeit rigorous, reflection of a sector that must not only face an absolutely ‘unexpected’ geopolitical context, to use a euphemism, but also deal with a period of profound transformation,” commented Dario Corbetta, director of the exhibition. “The emergence of new economies, the need to operate globally, and new materials and lifestyles have led the wood technology sector to reflect on its role and meaning, making it extremely clear that only the most attentive, best-prepared companies with a strong vision of their future will be able to seize new opportunities.”

A trade fair that will make it possible to assess the most current “technological trends”, with a strong presence of Italian and European exhibitors.

At Xylexpo 2026, delegations of international operators from over 25 countries are expected, organized thanks to ICE Agency. Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the Mediterranean basin, the Middle and Far East, India, and the Americas are the regions currently showing strong interest in wood and furniture industry technologies and will be in pole position among Xylexpo visitors.

The appointment with Xylexpo Arena also returns, a space that will host events, meetings, conversations, talk shows, and seminars that will once again animate the days of Xylexpo and be broadcast via the Xylexpo Digital platform.
