The system is optimized to withstand vibrations and adapt to height variations in transport mechanisms. One of the most significant innovations is the “Smart Learning” function, which allows the system to automatically adapt to new decors and small production batches without the need for perfectly defect-free reference panels. This approach reduces the operational burden on personnel and enables quality assessments to begin with the very first panel produced. Moreover, the ability to compensate for defects in reference data without manual confirmation ensures that only compliant panels reach the final stage of production.
